Responsibilities:
- Streamline impactful workflows for the Stripe Delivery Center (SDC).
- Create and maintain data pipelines to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Serve as primary contact for incident support and perform root-cause analysis.
- Provide technical training on SQL, Python, and other tools.
- Identify automation opportunities and maintain automated solutions.
- Act as escalation point for technical issues.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in a technical role with SQL proficiency.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with financial systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Preferred qualifications:
- Payments expertise and experience in a high-growth technology company.
