Financial Data Analyst - Regulatory and Compliance Engineering

This role is based in Bengaluru, India.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate across the company to analyze and respond to regulatory reporting, tax and accounting requirements.
• Build dashboards for regulatory reporting partners and communicate data to internal stakeholders.
• Drive alignment with Stripe’s partners and resolve operational issues.
• Automate manual processes and lead cross-functional initiatives.

Minimum requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics or similar roles.
• Proficiency with SQL and experience in building data pipelines.
• Strong analytical skills and experience managing communications across teams.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with regulatory or compliance reporting.
• Familiarity with accounting principles and distributed data frameworks like Hadoop and Spark.
