Financial Data Analyst Manager

This role is based in Bengaluru, India.

What you'll do:

• Lead and develop a team of financial data analysts and technical operations specialists.
• Oversee strategic data analysis and insights for stakeholders.
• Manage billing operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting on month-end processes.
• Drive operational efficiencies and process improvements.
• Work closely with engineering teams to prevent billing anomalies.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and growth within the team.
• Scale operations globally between US and India-based teams.

Who you are:

• 8-10 years of industry experience with 2+ years in people management.
• 5+ years in financial data analysis and operations.
• Strong data integrity expertise and finance/accounting knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder management and analytical problem-solving skills.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with billing systems and subscription revenue models.
• Familiarity with SQL and business intelligence tools.
• Experience with distributed teams across time zones.
