Engineering Manager, Terminal

This role is based in Toronto, Canada.

Compensation:

CA$213,600 - CA$320,400/year

What you'll do:

• Launch and scale Stripe Terminal's Unified Commerce experiences.
• Drive the roadmap and priorities for your team.
• Support the engineering team in achieving technical excellence.
• Recruit and develop engineers.
• Influence design for core Stripe APIs.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in engineering leadership.
• Strong technical background in Mobile, API, and backend development.
• Experience building diverse teams.
• Ability to manage scalable and resilient systems.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with in-person payments hardware and software.
• Deep understanding of the payments industry.
