What you'll do:
Lead and manage a team of engineers to improve support experiences for users, including building API endpoints and implementing data engineering solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Hire, lead, and mentor a team of engineers.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
- Define the technical vision and roadmap for the team's products.
- Oversee project execution from planning to delivery.

Minimum requirements:
- 3+ years managing teams building full-stack web applications.
- 10+ years of overall industry experience.
- Experience in recruiting and building effective teams.
