Engineering Manager, Stripe Data Pipeline

This role is based in Bengaluru, India.

What you'll do:

As the Engineering Manager for the Stripe Data Pipeline team, you will lead a group of talented engineers responsible for a critical, customer-facing data product. You will partner closely with product and design to set the strategy and roadmap for a service that thousands of businesses rely on for their own analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a product-focused team of engineers.
• Define the strategy and roadmap for the Stripe Data Pipeline product.
• Drive the technical vision for a highly reliable and scalable data synchronization service.
• Work with customers to understand their needs and translate feedback into product improvements.

Minimum requirements:

• 4+ years of engineering management experience.
• 10+ years of overall experience in the industry.
• Proven track record of leading productive engineering teams.
• Strong technical background in solving large-scale technical problems.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with customer-facing data products or B2B SaaS products.
• Knowledge of large-scale data processing technologies.
• Experience working in high-growth teams.
