Engineering Manager, Solutions Engineering

This role is based in Bengaluru, India.

What you'll do:

Analyze existing processes, leverage automation platforms, and design new solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Lead your team to streamline operations for internal customers including Finance, Accounting, and Sales.
• Collaborate with product managers to drive a prioritized roadmap.
• Recruit, coach, and mentor engineers on your team.
• Launch new product features and capabilities.
• Integrate features into the Stripe suite.

Minimum requirements:

• 5+ years of engineering management experience.
• 10+ years of overall experience in the industry.
• Strong technical background with experience in high-scale systems.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with AI, LLM, or ML technologies.
• Understanding of context-driven AI agents.
