Engineering Manager, Privy

This role is based in New York.

Compensation:

$236,000 - $354,000 per year

What you'll do:

Lead and grow engineering teams, ensuring accountability for quality and performance, coaching engineers, and collaborating with Tech Leads and Product Managers.

Responsibilities:

• Own long-term team outcomes and success of Privy’s product and business
• Hold the team accountable to excellence in quality, throughput, and performance
• Coach engineers towards growth and their career goals
• Build a supportive team culture
