Engineering Manager, MMS

This role is based in London.

Compensation:

£132,000 - £198,000/year

What you'll do:

Lead a team to deliver world-class financial experiences, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Enable team delivery across web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with product, design, and other teams.
• Recruit and develop engineering talent.
• Contribute to engineering-wide initiatives.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of team management experience.
• 4+ years in building user-facing products.
• Strong technical background and cross-functional collaboration skills.
