Engineering Manager of Managers, Financial Connections

This role is based in New York.

Compensation:

$280,000 - $420,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team of Engineering Managers.
• Develop and execute a multi-year strategy for the organization.
• Drive execution on complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Define and report on key metrics for the organization.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience managing other managers.
• 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
• Experience managing and scaling an organization of 40+ software engineers.
• Strong strategic and product thinking.
