Engineering Manager of Managers, Data Platform

This role is based in Seattle, WA.

Compensation:

$280,000 - $420,000/year

What you'll do:

Define the strategic vision for the company's data lake and orchestration pipelines, manage a team of engineering managers, and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Set strategic vision and goals for the organization.
• Manage accountability for broad programs and remove roadblocks.
• Instill a culture of operational rigor and continuous improvement.
• Recruit and develop talent within the organization.
• Act as an ambassador for Stripe's culture and values.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in software development.
• 5+ years in a technical leadership role, including 3+ years managing other engineering managers.
• Experience building diverse teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
