CA$213,600 - CA$320,400 per year

What you'll do:

Shape the future of ML Data Foundations platform, lead a team, and drive project execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Hire, lead, and manage a team of engineers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into technical solutions.
  • Define vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee project execution from planning to delivery.
  • Promote a collaborative work environment.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies in AI/ML.
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of software development experience.
  • 3+ years of engineering management experience.
  • Experience with large scale, low-latency systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a cross-functional organization.
  • Strong communication skills.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with ML serving or data infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with cloud services like AWS.
  • Experience applying machine learning to real-world problems.
