What you'll do:

Lead engineering and design processes, collaborate with stakeholders, manage technical risks, and uphold high engineering standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading engineering and design processes, coaching, mentoring, and supporting your team.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across product, design, infrastructure, and operations.
  • Owning problems from end-to-end and optimizing efficiency.
  • Upholding high engineering standards and implementing best practices.
  • Recruiting top engineering talent.
  • Supporting career growth of team members.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience managing and growing teams of engineers.
  • Proven track record managing a team of 5+ software engineers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in cross-functional environments.
  • Technical proficiency to engage with engineers about architecture and product design.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in billing, payments, or financial automation.
  • Experience leading architectural migrations in a high-growth environment.
