Engineering Manager, HADR

This role is based in Toronto, Canada.

Compensation:

$214,600 - $321,800/year

What you'll do:

• Shape Stripe’s long term Data Serving strategy.
• Support the engineering team in achieving technical quality and reliability.
• Recruit and develop engineers on the team.

Requirements:

• 3+ years managing teams in distributed system infrastructure.
• Experience with Data Serving technologies like Apache Pinot and ElasticSearch.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
