Engineering Manager, HADR

This role is remote in the United States.

Compensation:

$214,600 - $321,800 per year

Responsibilities:

Lead the Data Serving strategy, support engineering quality, manage team processes, recruit engineers, and contribute to engineering-wide initiatives.

Requirements:

• 3+ years managing critical distributed system infrastructure
• Experience in recruiting and building teams
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Technical acumen in architecture decisions

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with Apache Pinot, Trino, Elasticsearch, and streaming platforms
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lead remote teams
