Compensation:
$214,600 - $321,800 per year
What you'll do:
Develop global architecture for high availability and resilience, manage project lifecycles, and mentor engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing mentorship and support.
- Oversee project execution from planning to delivery.
- Build a high-functioning team by defining roles and responsibilities.
Minimum requirements:
- 4+ years of software development experience.
- 2+ years of cloud development or management experience.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
Preferred qualifications:
- Understanding of distributed systems and high-availability concepts.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and multi-region deployments.
- Familiarity with document databases like MongoDB.
