Engineering Manager, HADR

This role is based in Chicago, with options for remote work within the United States.

Compensation:

$214,600 - $321,800/year

What you'll do:

Lead and manage a team of engineers, oversee project execution, and develop resilient systems for disaster recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Mentor and support team members.
• Drive project execution from planning to delivery.
• Build team structure and define roles.

Minimum requirements:

• 4+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years of cloud development or management experience.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Preferred qualifications:

• Understanding of distributed system concepts.
• Experience with high-availability systems and disaster recovery design.
• Familiarity with MongoDB.
