What you'll do:
Analyze existing processes, leverage automation platforms, and design new solutions to improve workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Lead your team to design and deploy data pipelines and intelligent workflows.
- Collaborate with product managers and users to prioritize the roadmap.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop engineers on your team.
- Launch new product features and capabilities.
- Ensure integration of features into the Stripe suite.
Minimum requirements:
- 5+ years of engineering management experience.
- 10+ years of overall industry experience.
- Experience with high-scale systems.
- Strong technical background.
- Ability to work cross-functionally.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with AI, LLM, or ML technologies.
- Understanding of context-driven AI agents.
