Engineering Manager, Finance AI Engineering

This role is based in Bengaluru, India.

What you'll do:

Analyze existing processes, leverage automation platforms, and design new solutions to improve workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Lead your team to design and deploy data pipelines and intelligent workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers and users to prioritize the roadmap.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop engineers on your team.
• Launch new product features and capabilities.
• Ensure integration of features into the Stripe suite.

Minimum requirements:

• 5+ years of engineering management experience.
• 10+ years of overall industry experience.
• Experience with high-scale systems.
• Strong technical background.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with AI, LLM, or ML technologies.
• Understanding of context-driven AI agents.
