Engineering Manager, Disputes Foundation

This role is based in Singapore.

Compensation:

S$241,600 - S$362,400/year

What you'll do:

Manage a team of engineers, drive technical strategy, and collaborate with product management to deliver dispute products.

Responsibilities:

• Support and develop senior engineers' careers.
• Set vision for scaling Stripe revenue product offerings.
• Build extensible and automated systems.
• Recruit a diverse team of engineers.

Minimum requirements:

• 3+ years in an engineering management role.
• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Experience in hiring and mentoring engineers.
