This role is remote in the United States.

Compensation:

$214,600 - $321,800 per year

Responsibilities:

• Lead a senior team to deploy and leverage AI developer tools.
• Enhance user experiences for internal users.
• Collaborate across the company to redefine engineering workflows.
• Analyze data on AI tool usage to drive improvements.

Requirements:

• 2+ years managing engineering teams and 5+ years as a software engineer.
• Proven success in building effective teams.
• Experience in delivering innovative product experiences.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in tech leading and mentoring.
• Curiosity about AI in software engineering.
