Engineering Manager, Developer Productivity AI

This role is remote in the United States.

Compensation:

$214,600 - $321,800 per year

Responsibilities:

• Lead a senior team of engineers to deploy AI development tools.
• Deliver compelling user experiences for internal users.
• Collaborate across the company to redefine engineering workflows.
• Analyze data on AI tool usage to drive improvements.

Requirements:

• 2+ years managing engineering teams and 5+ years as a software engineer.
• Proven success in team building and delivering innovative products.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and decision-making skills.
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
