Engineering Manager, Data Transformation

This role is remote in Canada.

Compensation:

$203,400 - $305,200 per year

What you'll do:

• Lead a team of engineers and manage the Data Transformation roadmap.
• Deliver scalable infrastructure and services.
• Drive project execution from planning to delivery.

Requirements:

• 1 - 3 years of experience managing data pipelines.
• Strong customer focus and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Technical acumen in architecture and strategic decisions.

Spark, Airflow, Iceberg, Hive, S3, SQL, Python, Scala, GRPC, Kafka, FlinkSQL.
