Engineering Manager, Data Orchestration Platform

This role is remote in the United States.

Compensation:

$236,000 - $354,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Define the multi-year direction for Airflow, managing cross-team dependencies.
• Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team.
• Ensure reliability for a critical platform supporting daily data workloads.
• Guide architectural decisions in workflow scheduling and large-scale migrations.

Who You Are:

• 10+ years in software development, with 5+ years in engineering management.
• Experience with large-scale distributed data systems and Tier-0 infrastructure.
• Ability to manage remote teams and navigate strategic ambiguity.
