Compensation:
$236,000 - $354,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Define the multi-year direction for Airflow, managing cross-team dependencies.
- Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team.
- Ensure reliability for a critical platform supporting daily data workloads.
- Guide architectural decisions in workflow scheduling and large-scale migrations.
Who You Are:
- 10+ years in software development, with 5+ years in engineering management.
- Experience with large-scale distributed data systems and Tier-0 infrastructure.
- Ability to manage remote teams and navigate strategic ambiguity.
