$214,500 - $321,800/year
Responsibilities:
- Shape Stripe’s long-term Data Serving strategy.
- Support the engineering team to ensure technical quality and reliability.
- Recruit and develop engineering talent.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to understand their needs.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience managing distributed system infrastructure.
- Proven ability to recruit and build effective teams.
- Strong communication and decision-making skills.
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with technologies like Apache Pinot, Apache Trino, and ElasticSearch.
- Strong analytical background and remote team leadership experience.
