What you'll do:
- Shape Stripe’s long-term Data Serving strategy.
- Support the engineering team in achieving technical quality and reliability.
- Recruit and develop engineers, fostering a healthy work environment.
Who you are:
- 3+ years managing teams in critical distributed systems.
- Experience with Data Serving technologies like Apache Pinot and ElasticSearch.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
