Compensation:
$214,600 - $321,800 per year
Responsibilities:
- Shape Stripe’s long term Data Serving strategy.
- Support the engineering team in achieving high technical quality and reliability.
- Recruit and develop engineers on the team.
- Engage effectively with other teams at Stripe.
Requirements:
- 3+ years managing teams in distributed system infrastructure.
- Experience in recruiting and building effective teams.
- Strong technical acumen and communication skills.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with technologies like Apache Pinot, Apache Trino, and ElasticSearch.
- Ability to lead remote teams.
