Engineering Manager, Data Engineering

This role is remote in Canada.

Compensation:

CA$177,600 - CA$266,400 per year

Responsibilities:

• Architect, build, and maintain core data infrastructure.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers.
• Oversee development lifecycle of reporting initiatives.
• Collaborate with product managers to drive data adoption.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership.

Requirements:

• 2+ years managing data engineering teams.
• 7+ years of experience in data products and infrastructure.
• Strong customer focus and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Tech stack:

Airflow, Spark, Kafka, Flink, AWS Cloud.
