Engineering Manager - Dashboard

This role is based in Dublin HQ.

Compensation:

€132,000 - €198,000/year

What you'll do:

• Design integration experiences focusing on end-user simplicity and developer experience.
• Recruit and scale a diverse engineering team.
• Build full-stack solutions across Stripe's ecosystem.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-facing solutions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of engineering management experience.
• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Experience in building teams from the ground up.
• Strong technical proficiency in modern web technologies.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in payments technology.
• Familiarity with Stripe products.
