Engineering Manager, Currency Management

This role is based in London.

Compensation:

£106,400 - £159,600 per year

What you'll do:

• Enable the team to work with a wide range of systems and technologies.
• Support the engineering team in building experiences for businesses.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
• Lead and manage processes for team engagement.
• Recruit and develop engineers.

Minimum requirements:

• 1+ years of experience managing teams.
• 4+ years of industry experience in building user-facing products.
• Experience in designing great user experiences.
• Strong technical acumen.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with financial product companies.
