Engineering Manager, Core Events

This role is remote in the United States.

Compensation:

$214,600 - $321,800 per year

Responsibilities:

• Architect the organization and culture, defining elite engineering standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in technical engineering management.
• Expertise in distributed systems and Tier0 infrastructure.
• Ability to bridge engineering needs with product strategy.
• Exceptional communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in shipping and operating critical infrastructure.
• Ability to navigate complex, high-impact projects.
• Track record of influencing cross-functional teams.
