Responsibilities:

  • Architect the organization and culture, defining elite engineering standards.
  • Set vision and strategy for the organization with minimal guidance.
  • Drive operational excellence and ensure infrastructure resilience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align engineering needs with business growth.
  • Invest in the development of the organization and its people.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years in a technical engineering management role.
  • Expertise in distributed systems and Tier0 infrastructure.
  • Ability to bridge engineering needs with product strategy.
  • Strong communication skills.

In-office expectations:

At least 50% of time spent in the local office for collaboration.
