- Invest in the development of the organization and its people.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a technical engineering management role.
- Deep technical background in distributed systems and Tier0 infrastructure.
- Ability to bridge engineering needs with product strategy.
- Exceptional communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience operating critical infrastructure with significant responsibility.
- Track record of influencing cross-functional teams.
