Engineering Manager, Contracting Platform

This role is based in Seattle, with options for hybrid or remote work.

Compensation:

$214,600 - $321,800/year

What you'll do:

Lead the Contracting Platform team, driving technical strategy and managing relationships across teams. Deliver solutions to business problems and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Define projects leveraging Contracting and related systems.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across internal teams.
• Collaborate with other engineering managers to evolve architectural strategies.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in software systems development.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• User-first mindset and strong collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in fast-moving environments.
