Engineering Manager, Compliance Data and Evidence Engine

This role is remote in the United States.

Compensation:

$214,600 - $321,800 per year

Oversee the development of compliance infrastructure components, empower engineering teams, and contribute to engineering-wide initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Design and lead the development of compliance infrastructure.
• Empower the engineering team for technical compliance and efficiency.
• Recruit and build effective engineering teams.
• Support engineers in career advancement.

Who you are:

Minimum 3 years of management experience, hands-on infrastructure experience, and strong communication skills.
