Engineering Manager, Cards

This role is based in Singapore.

Compensation:

S$241,600 - S$362,400 per year

Responsibilities:

• Lead the team to design, build, and operate a highly reliable service that ingests and processes key financial reporting.
• Define and drive the roadmap and priorities for your team.
• Establish close feedback loops with customer teams and collaborate with partner teams.
• Recruit and develop engineers on the team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in software development.
• 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role with people management experience.
• Experience in building diverse teams to tackle challenging technical problems.
