Engineering Manager - Batch Compute Infrastructure

This role is based in Bengaluru, India.

What you'll do:

• Define the multi-year roadmap for Batch Compute Infrastructure.
• Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team.
• Ensure reliability for a Tier-0 infrastructure processing thousands of daily workloads.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize compute efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance in architecture reviews.

Who You Are:

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of engineering management experience.
• Experience with large-scale distributed data systems.
• Proven track record in infrastructure efficiency and capacity planning.
