Compensation:

$236,000 - $354,000 per year

What you'll do:

Own the shaping and delivery of transformative products, collaborate with product management, design, and data science, and engage with users to understand their needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Build full stack solutions across Stripe's ecosystem.
  • Partner with product management and design to ship impactful features.
  • Dive into data to test hypotheses and set success metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate agentic commerce capabilities.
  • Engage directly with users to translate requirements into product shapes.

Minimum requirements:

  • 10+ years of engineering experience with hands-on development expertise.
  • Proven experience coaching senior engineers.
  • Experience leading initiatives across large engineering organizations.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Empathy for users in digital commerce experiences.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5+ years of engineering management experience.
  • Experience building APIs for enterprise-grade users.
  • Background in eCommerce and AI tools.
