Engineering Manager, Agent Experience

This role is based in Toronto, Canada.

Compensation:

CA$213,600 - CA$320,400/year

What you'll do:

Manage a team of 10+ engineers, define AI agent strategy, and drive technical excellence in back-end systems.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a high-performing team.
• Shape the long-term vision for AI agents using Stripe’s APIs.
• Foster a culture of rapid shipping while ensuring reliability.
• Oversee design and delivery of developer tools.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on AI integration.

Who you are:

• 5+ years of engineering management experience.
• Deep expertise in Agentic AI or developer tools.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Experience in rapid-growth environments.
