Engineering Manager, Accounting Products

This role is based in Bengaluru, India.

What you'll do:

As the Engineering Manager for the Accounting products team, you will lead a group of talented engineers responsible for a critical, customer-facing data product. You will partner closely with product and design to set the strategy and roadmap for a service that thousands of businesses rely on for their own analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a product-focused team of engineers, fostering a culture of user empathy, high-quality execution, and operational rigor.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and commercial teams to define the strategy and roadmap for the Revenue Recognition product.
• Drive the technical vision for building a highly reliable, scalable, and secure data synchronization service for thousands of Stripe customers.
• Work with customers to understand their needs and translate their feedback into tangible product improvements and new features.

Who you are:

We’re looking for someone with 1+ years of engineering management experience and 8+ years in the industry, a proven track record of leading engineering teams, and a strong technical background.
