Employee Relations Specialist, EMEA

This role is based in London, UK.

Compensation:

€66,400 - €99,600/year

What you'll do:

Support Employee Relations and HR Compliance Partners, manage employee inquiries, conduct investigations, and assist in compliance audits.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve employee inquiries and grievances.
• Conduct investigations into employee complaints.
• Support HR compliance with local laws across EMEA.
• Develop training sessions on employee relations topics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; HR certification preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in employee relations or HR compliance.
• Strong knowledge of EMEA employment laws.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
