What you'll do:
Partner with senior sales leadership to define and execute go-to-market strategies, manage operational processes, and analyze data trends to optimize sales team efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to the EMEA sales organization.
- Create and manage operational processes for planning and forecasting.
- Analyze data trends to provide insights on performance metrics.
- Oversee implementation of systems and tools for sales operations.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of sales strategy and operations experience.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL and Excel.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
