Compensation:

£110,000 - £165,000/year

What you'll do:

Partner with senior sales leadership to define and execute go-to-market strategies, manage operational processes, and analyze data trends to optimize sales team efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies and resource plans.
  • Create and manage operational processes for annual planning and forecasting.
  • Facilitate key mechanisms including forecasting and business reviews.
  • Analyze data to provide insights on performance metrics.
  • Develop initiatives to optimize sales team productivity.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of sales strategy and operations experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in SQL and advanced Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in high growth sales teams.
  • Bachelor's or MBA in a related field.
  • Proficiency in BI visualization tools like Tableau.
