£110,000 - £165,000/year
What you'll do:
Partner with senior sales leadership to define and execute go-to-market strategies, manage operational processes, and analyze data trends to optimize sales team efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies and resource plans.
- Create and manage operational processes for annual planning and forecasting.
- Facilitate key mechanisms including forecasting and business reviews.
- Analyze data to provide insights on performance metrics.
- Develop initiatives to optimize sales team productivity.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of sales strategy and operations experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in SQL and advanced Google Sheets/Excel.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in high growth sales teams.
- Bachelor's or MBA in a related field.
- Proficiency in BI visualization tools like Tableau.
