Design Recruiter (Fixed Term)

This role is remote in the United States.

Compensation:

$115,000 - $172,600

What you'll do:

Own full-cycle recruiting for design roles, partner with senior leaders, and enhance candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with design leaders to develop recruiting strategies.
• Initiate changes to recruiting processes.
• Track metrics and report hiring progress.
• Attract specialized tech talent across geos.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for candidate experience.

Minimum requirements:

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, with 2+ years in design recruiting.
• Experience building high-performing design teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication skills.
