Design Recruiter, AMER

This remote role is based in the United States.

Compensation:

CA$100,800 - CA$151,200 per year

What you'll do:

Partner with design leaders to develop recruiting strategies, track hiring metrics, and improve candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior leaders to understand hiring objectives.
• Initiate scalable changes to recruiting processes.
• Analyze metrics and report on hiring progress.
• Attract specialized tech talent across different geos.

Minimum requirements:

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, including 2+ years in design recruiting.
• Experience building high-performing design teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication skills.
