What you'll do:
Own full-cycle recruiting for design roles, partner with senior leaders, and enhance recruiting processes.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with design leaders to develop recruiting strategies.
- Initiate scalable changes to recruiting processes.
- Track metrics and report on hiring progress.
- Create strategic plans to attract specialized tech talent.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
Minimum requirements:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, including 2+ years in design recruiting.
- Experience building high-performing design teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication skills.
