What you'll do:
Partner with senior leaders to develop recruiting strategies, track hiring metrics, and enhance candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with design leadership to understand hiring needs.
- Initiate improvements to recruiting processes.
- Analyze hiring metrics and report progress.
- Attract specialized tech talent across various locations.
Minimum requirements:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 2+ years in design recruiting.
- Experience in building high-performing design teams.
- Strong data-driven problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
