Design Engineer, Expansion

This role is remote in Great Britain.

Compensation:

£71,200 - £106,800 per year

What you'll do:

Concept, prototype, and build new web experiences; collaborate with designers and engineers; maintain design systems; ensure high standards for SEO, accessibility, and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with designers to implement dynamic interactive tools.
• Mentor team members and build a culture of excellence.
• Maintain and extend design systems.
• Build high-polish web pages.

Who you are:

3+ years of web front-end development experience; advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS; a portfolio showcasing design work and frontend code.

Preferred qualifications:

• Understanding of design elements beyond the web.
• Experience with complex interactive tools and proficiency in React.
