Compensation:

$104,000 - $156,000 per year

What you'll do:

Partner with senior leaders to develop recruiting strategies, track hiring metrics, and enhance candidate experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Understand hiring objectives and develop strategies to identify top talent.
• Initiate scalable changes to recruiting processes.
• Analyze metrics and report on hiring progress.
• Create strategic plans to attract talent across different geos.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.

Minimum requirements:

• 4+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• Experience in building high-performing teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication skills.
