$104,000 - $156,000 per year
What you'll do:
Partner with senior leaders to develop recruiting strategies, track hiring metrics, and enhance candidate experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Understand hiring objectives and develop strategies to identify top talent.
- Initiate scalable changes to recruiting processes.
- Analyze metrics and report on hiring progress.
- Create strategic plans to attract talent across different geos.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
Minimum requirements:
- 4+ years of technical recruiting experience.
- Experience in building high-performing teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication skills.
