Compensation:

$104,000 - $156,000

What you'll do:

Partner with senior leaders to develop recruiting strategies, track hiring metrics, and enhance candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Understand hiring objectives and develop strategies to attract top talent.
• Initiate changes to improve recruiting processes.
• Analyze hiring metrics and report progress.
• Create strategic plans for talent engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance candidate experience.

Minimum requirements:

• 4+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• Experience building high-performing teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication skills.
