What you'll do:

Own full-cycle recruiting for data roles, partner with senior leaders to develop strategies, and enhance candidate experience.

Minimum requirements:

4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
Experience building high-performing teams.
Strong operational rigor and excellent communication skills.
