Data Recruiter (Fixed Term Contract)

This role is based in Toronto, Canada.

Compensation:

$104,000 - $156,000/year

What you'll do:

Own full-cycle recruiting for data roles, partner with senior leaders to develop strategies, and enhance candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leaders across the Data organization to understand hiring objectives.
• Track and analyze metrics to report on hiring progress.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality candidate experience.

Minimum requirements:

• 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience building high-performing teams.
• Strong operational rigor and excellent communication skills.
